Meet the mother@work Awards judges..

We are delighted to have a varied and experienced panel to judge the mother@work Awards for 2006.

Clare Logie, Director, Women in Business, Bank of Scotland Corporate

Clare is Director of the Bank of Scotland’s (BoS) unique, triple award-winning Women in Business (WiB) programme, which aims to support and encourage women who want to start or grow a business. The WiB team recognises that this is not about segregation, but about acknowledging the subtle differences in style, approach, motivation and management that women often display and ensuring that BoS financial solutions and service match the needs of today’s female business owners.

A graduate of English Language & Literature, Clare has worked for the Bank for a total of 12 years in very different roles, covering Direct Marketing, HR, Executive Support, Operational Risk, Strategy and Communications. She has also worked as Global Internal Communications Manager for an international company and run her own small business. She returned to the Bank in 2003, specifically to lead the Women in Business programme, helping to position Bank of Scotland as the bank of choice for Women in Business.
