Employers of Choice - Application Form

Thank you for requesting a mother@work Employers of Choice application form, which in it’s own right is a great positive step by you and your company.

Through Employers of Choice, we aim to illustrate ways in which employers have gone above and beyond ‘the norm’ for accommodating working mothers/parents so that other companies can follow their example.

To apply, please answer the following form as fully and candidly as possible, providing case studies where appropriate.

Where you can, you might want to include examples where a specific person has been helped out due to particular needs as well as your overall strategy for work-life balance.

We are looking for companies that are proactive in this area as well as reactive to specific needs; that demonstrate understanding and fairness as well as recognition of how the strategy used will suit and benefit the business as well as the individual.

Where possible, please include examples of how introducing a work-life balance strategy has improved relations with employees and benefited your business.
